Recently, I was recognized as a Principal Fellow of Advance HE, which has further strengthened my expertise. I'm passionate about embracing different viewpoints and leading innovative thinking. My goal is to help individuals and teams gain insights, improve their culture, and develop behaviours for personal or institutional growth and resilience.
